Sarah Wolfe started practicing yoga in 2009, as a way to help regain flexibility. This practice led her down a path of aligning mind, body and soul, something she never imagined at the start of her journey. She received her yoga alliance RYT200 hour certification through Moonglow Yoga in 2013.
Sarah enjoys a mindful movement style of teaching. Giving her students time to connect with breath, helping it carry them through the poses like a dance. Currently, she is studying towards her 900 hour Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy certification. With this accreditation, she hopes to help her students reach their highest potential through guided poses and meditation. When she isn't practicing yoga, you can find her in nature or traveling with her husband Rob, and two dogs Ollie and Freda.
